Meet Jonathan

I am an empathetic and integrative therapist combining techniques from cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), motivational psychology, and person-centred approaches.

I began supporting people as a corporate coach in Paris and La Défense in 1990 and have been practising as a therapist since 2006. With over 30 years of combined experience across corporate coaching and therapeutic practice, I have worked across private, corporate, and public sectors, including crisis response, criminal justice system, civil and family proceedings.

I tailor the approach and treatment to meet your individual needs, addressing issues such as work & social anxiety, depression, trauma, sex and intimacy. I treat alcohol/addiction issues and support your feelings of panic, overwhelm and or exhaustion.

Fluent in both English and French, I hold your therapy sessions as a safe, non-judgmental space focusing on practical solutions and therapeutic pathways for your personal growth, learning and resilience.
